World Wetland Day occurs on February 2, every year. It  was celebrated for the first time in 1997 and made an encouraging beginning.

Andre-Marie Ampere was born on January 20, 1775. He was a French physicist and mathematician who is generally regarded as one of the main founders of the science of classical electromagnetism, which he referred to as "electrodynamics",Developed technology for measuring electricity The SI unit of measurement of electric current, the ampere, is named after him. He died on June 10, 1836.
