Attukal Pongala

Attukal is a Hindu pilgrimage centre in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. It is situated about two kilometers to the south east from Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram City. 25th Amendment to the US Constitution Adopted

 25th Amendment to the US Constitution was adopted on February 23, 1967 and it was ratified by Minnesota on February 10, 1967. Its purpose was to clarify presidential succession in case of death, resignation, or disability. It deals with succession to the Presidency and establishes procedures both for filling a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, as well as responding to Presidential disabilities.

Stephen Robert "Steve" Irwin, nicknamed "The Crocodile Hunter", was an Australian wildlife expert, television personality, and conservationist.Irwin achieved worldwide fame from the television series. He was born on 22 February 1962. The Crocodile Hunter, an internationally broadcast wildlife documentary series which he co-hosted with his wife Terri. He died on 4 September 2006 after being pierced in the chest by a stingraybarb while filming an underwater documentary film.

Serial explosions in Hyderabad

Based on to the first reports from Hyderabad, it is reported that eleven people were killed and more than fifty injured on Thursday ( February 21,2013) night when at least three powerful serial blasts rocked a busy commercial hub of Hyderabad close to a crowded bus stand at Dilsukhnagar. The blasts happened at three points - Anand Kishan Centre, Konark theater and Venkatadri movie theater. The blasts happened simultaneously at around 7pm. The first blast occurred at 7:01 pm. The second blast happened at 7:06 pm. Two cycles were used to cause the blasts as per initial repports. One bomb has been said to have been found to be unexploded near a foot bridge.
