North Korea has conducted the third under ground nuclear test successfully on 12 February 2013 after weeks of threats . The State-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said a “miniaturised” nuclear device had been detonated successfully at the test site.The detonation caused a tremor with a magnitude of between 4.9 and 5.1, sending shock-waves through the Korean peninsula.

avoiding exposure to common risk factors, such as tobacco smoke. In
addition, a significant proportion of cancers can be cured, by surgery,
radiotherapy or chemotherapy, especially if they are detected early.
Each year on 4 February, WHO supports International Union Against Cancer to promote ways to ease the global burden of cancer
